ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

 

The 12 week program is customised based on your level of commitment (how many days you can train), facilities available (what equipment do you have), level of experience (how long have you been into fitness), and health & medical conditions. To ensure that you receive the best results, the program will be made using the information that you provide.

 

You will get access to a training manual that includes a more indepth exercise guide with targetted muscle groups for you to better understand the movements. You will also receive a meal guide with a simple meal structure to follow.

 

Wether you are a beginner or advanced in training, I will esnure you have all the tools necessary to succeed.
